Eric Phillips

Senior Pastor

Pastor Eric joined the Mt Carmel staff in 2019. He has the privilege of being the teaching elder of the church that leads the church session, leadership team, church ministry leaders, staff, regularly preach and administer the sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, lead worship, leadership training, life-on-life discipleship, pre-marital counseling, informal counseling, loves Kingdom Week, Live Nativity, and all things Mt. Carmel.

Eric is the husband of one wife (Annette), father to five children (Micah, Gabriella, Joshua, Caleb, and Leia), and son to one mother (Treva).

He and his family enjoy the beach, fishing, swim meets, playing games, watching movies, and everything Pittsburgh Steelers. Eric is also pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership.
